Hotel Proverbs Taipei offers a prime location, cleanliness, and boutique charm that sets it apart. During my stay, I was upgraded to the Premier room, which was a delightful surprise. The room's decor featured tasteful wood elements that added warmth and sophistication. The bathroom was notably spacious, boasting a large shower stall and a luxurious soaker tub. The staff at Hotel Proverbs Taipei were friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. However, there were a few drawbacks to note. The bathroom's lack of complete privacy, being separated by a curtain, may not suit everyone's preferences. Additionally, the hotel lacked some expected amenities, and the rooftop pool, while offering a nice view, could benefit from more privacy-enhancing features. One area that fell short of expectations was the breakfast. While it was included in the stay, the options were limited and the quality was sub-par compared to other aspects of the hotel. I have the platinum elite status of Marriott which Guarantees a 4 p.m. late checkout, but the hotel receptionist does not allow me to be late checkout, usually, I stay at W Hotel and Sheraton Hotel without any issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is a Marriott loyalty customer. That is ridiculous!

The service was amazing. The location just perfect. Room was lovely and the bath great. A special thank you to Spud, the concierge. He added special touches to our stay. Greeting us by name and bringing us a drink that he thought that we would like to try. We felt pampered and that we were in very good hands. A wonderful stay. Thank you. We will return.

First time stay in this area , super convenient, just a few minutes walk to MRT connecting to all parts of city. This boutique hotel is centrally located and there are lot and lots of restaurants and shops. We truly enjoy our stay here. What it makes it stand out is the staff - Nick , Ivan and Spud . They are super friendly, attentive, cater to our needs. We will definitely be back!
